Dedicated to managing the installation of Internap services to completion. Primary support for all products and services with direct access to engineers who manage requests to resolution and provide customers with ongoing visibility and proactive support. Ensures customer objectives are met, provides information on new services to further optimize their network and assists with escalation and resolution of business needs. Provides an integrated toolset for securely managing and delivering streaming media through the use of a single, easy-to-navigate system.
Service Delivery Support

Service Delivery is an integral component of bringing Internap services to our customers. Internap® Install Engineers and Implementation Managers provide dedicated, professional coordination and installation of IP connectivity, circuits and colocation services.

Technical Support

Through collaborative technical expertise, the Internap Technical Support team members work together to ensure all Internap services meet your expectations. The Internap Network Operations Center (NOC) is your primary support for our suite of Internet solutions. And as an extension of your network infrastructure team, the NOC provides you with unprecedented visibility and proactive support, keeping you aware of relevant events that are occurring on the Internet. Staffed 24/7 with certified engineers who are trained in network diagnostics and engineering, the NOC has the expertise to also manage provider outages for faster problem resolution – saving you time, effort and money.

Customer Account Support

Internap Account Management and Consultant team members develop an on-going relationship with our customers to determine solutions that add value and improve your network performance. Internap Account Executives, Technical Consultants and Client Service Leaders work together as customer advocates to ensure your Internap services, technical configurations and business needs are successfully met.

The Internap MediaConsole® provides an integrated toolset for securely managing and delivering streaming media through the use of a single, easy-to-navigate system featuring Media Asset Management, Digital Rights Management and detailed reporting tools. MediaConsole integrates all streaming formats and includes a media manager, pre-built video skins and a robust reporting dashboard with real-time statistics, allowing you to better understand the viewing habits of your audience and make swift business decisions.

In addition, through our complex IP expertise and up-to-date network optimization skills and tools, Internap also brings consulting resources to companies who want to optimize existing multi-homed environments or establish a new foundation.
